Free Shipping on Every Order

Every velour order ships free across Australia — no minimum spend, no exceptions. We use Australia Post eParcel and trusted courier partners to get your order to you quickly and safely.

Delivery Timeframes

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12pm AEST are typically dispatched the same day.

• Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 3–7 business days
• Rural and remote areas: 5–10 business days

Once your order leaves our warehouse you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Subscription Orders

If you're on a subscription, your order ships automatically on your selected cycle. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before each dispatch so you always know when it's coming.

What If My Order Is Delayed?

Delays during peak periods (Christmas, Easter, long weekends) are occasionally outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, contact us at hello@velourcalm.com.au and we'll sort it out straight away.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up at all, email us within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We'll reship or refund — no questions, no hassle.
