Where Is My Order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. Click the link in that email to follow your parcel in real time.
Tracking emails are sent automatically at dispatch. Check your junk folder if you haven't received one within 24 hours of ordering.
Track via Australia Post
You can also track your order directly at auspost.com.au/mypost/track using the tracking number from your dispatch email.
Delivery Timeframes
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
- Rural and remote areas: 5–10 business days
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12pm AEST are typically sent the same day.
My Tracking Isn't Updating
It can take up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to show movement. If your tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, email us at hello@velourcalm.com.au and we'll follow it up with Australia Post straight away.
I Think My Order Is Lost
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days and tracking shows no recent movement, contact us immediately. We'll investigate and reship or refund — whichever you prefer.
