How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@velourcalm.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days of approval.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by emailing us. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled dispatch will take effect immediately. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photo of the issue. We'll reship the correct item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Change of Mind Returns
We don't accept physical returns of opened product for health and safety reasons. Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers you instead — if it's not working, we'll refund you.
